随着乡村振兴战略的持续实施,农产品加工的作用日益凸显,如何发展农产品加工产业已经成为迫切需要解决的问题。研究认为发展农产品加工产业的基础是解决优质加工原料的生产与供给,建设标准化原料生产基地,优化优质农产品区域布局;核心要素是人才和科技创新,加强多类型人才队伍建设和自主型创新成果培育研发;关键途径是培育壮大带动型加工企业,着力发展农产品精深加工。同时,发展农产品加工产业还要注重切实加强组织管理水平、健全完善农村市场体系、建立健全中介型服务机构、完善引导性服务政策体系、积极打造区域性名优品牌、稳定发展示范型加工园区等配套路径的选择。
