A Review of Progress and Trends in Agricultural Land Reform in Ukraine

当前世界形势正处于百年未有之大变局中,乌克兰作为全球主要粮食出口国对世界粮食供应体系有着重要的影响。鉴于国内公开文献对乌克兰农业土地改革的研究还停留在20多年前,本文将对乌克兰农业土地改革过程进行分析与简述,并介绍当前乌克兰的农业用地土地分类系统。以期反映乌克兰农业土地改革的现状和发展方向,为相关政策制定和实践提供理论支持和参考。

The current world situation is in the midst of unprecedented changes, and Ukraine, as a major global food exporter, has a significant impact on the world food supply system. Considering that the research on Ukrainian agrarian reform in Chinese domestic public literature still remains more than 20 years ago, this paper will analyze and briefly describe the process of Ukrainian agrarian reform and introduce the current classification system of Ukrainian agrarian land. It aims to reflect the current status and development direction of Ukraine’s agricultural land reform, and provide theoretical support and reference for relevant policy formulation and practice.
