摘要
本文通过水培试验,研究不同浓度亚硒酸盐对盐胁迫下水稻生长、谷胱甘肽含量、过氧化氢含量及抗氧化酶表达量的影响,以期为亚硒酸盐在农业生产中的推广应用提供科学依据。结果表明:施加低浓度亚硒酸盐能促进水稻的生长,高浓度亚硒酸盐抑制水稻生长。适宜浓度亚硒酸盐提高水稻体内谷胱甘肽含量以及降低过氧化氢含量。两种水稻的抗氧化酶基因水稻均随着亚硒酸盐水平的增加呈现先上升后下降趋势。施加适宜浓度的亚硒酸盐能有效提高水稻抗氧化能力,提高抗盐性。其中对于转基因水稻的效果更好。
In this paper, the effects of different concentrations of selenite on the growth, glutathione content, hydrogen peroxide content and antioxidant enzyme expression of rice under salt stress were investigated by hydroponics test, with a view to providing scientific basis for the popularization and application of selenite in agricultural production. The results showed that the application of low concentration of selenite promoted the growth of rice and high concentration of selenite inhibited the growth of rice. Appropriate concentration of selenite increased the glutathione content and decreased the hydrogen peroxide content in rice. The antioxidant enzyme genes of both rice species showed an increasing and then decreasing trend with increasing levels of selenite. The application of appropriate concentration of selenite can effectively improve the antioxidant capacity and salt resistance of rice. Among them, it was more effective for transgenic rice.
