农业、农村、农民的“三农”问题是关乎我国国计民生的根本性问题,党中央始终将处理好“三农”问题作为全党工作的重中之重。乡村振兴是我国“三农”工作中心的历史性转移,是应对百年未有之大变局的重要战略。解决好“三农”问题的前提和重要基础是实现产业兴旺。产业兴旺凭借其自身独有的农业现代化、生产产业链化、经济组织科学化等优势,实现农村一二三产业融合发展。构建现代化经营体系、优化农业经营组织;延长农业产业链、增值农民收益;同时拓展社会化服务业,创新农业农村发展新业态,以产业兴旺助推乡村振兴。

With its unique advantages of agricultural modernization, production industrial chain and scientific economic organization, it achieves the integrated development of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas. Construct modern management system, optimize agricultural management organization;Extend the agricultural industry chain and increase farmers’ income;At the same time, we will expand social services, innovate new forms of agricultural and rural development, and promote rural revitalization through industrial prosperity.
