摘要
本文针对国内外BIM理论及在工程上的应用所遇到的问题及解决办法进行了探究,以应用于工程实际出发,总结了国内应用BIM技术的问题在于过分强调应用点而忽视了数据集成的协同应用以提高工程效益。从BIM协同管理平台为基础应用BIM理论对工程参与各方的协同办公、解决工程中面对的问题为目标,架构了一系列模块应用,以某工程实例为样板,诠释了协同管理平台运作机制及其创新点。
This paper presents the problems and solutions encountered in the application of BIM theory on the engineering at home and abroad. Based on the application of BIM technology in engineering practice, the problems of application of BIM technology are that they overemphasize the application points and neglect the collaborative application of data integration to improve the benefits of the engineering. Based on the BIM collaborative management platform, this paper applies the BIM theory to the collaborative office of all parties involved in the project and to solve the problems in the project as the goal. It shows a series of module applications and interprets the operation mechanism and innovation points of the collaborative management platform with an engineering example as a model.
