摘要
通过正交试验设计,研究了再生骨料种类、水灰比、骨胶比和骨料级配对再生混凝土免烧透水砖抗压强度、开口孔隙率及透水系数的影响。采用极差分析和方差分析验证的方法分析了各因素对透水砖性能的影响程度及影响规律,结果表明,骨料种类对透水砖抗压强度影响最大;水灰比和骨胶比是影响透水砖开口孔隙率的关键因素,其中水灰比影响较大;骨料种类和骨胶比对透水系数影响较大,但在0.1水平上并无显著性。在试验范围内,废旧混凝土作为再生骨料,水灰比为0.3,骨胶比为4时,透水砖的主要使用性能(抗压强度、透水系数)达到最佳。
Based on the orthogonal test design, the influence of recycled aggregate type, water to cement ratio, aggregate to cement ratio and aggregate-grade on properties of permeable bricks was re-spectively investigated, including compressive strength, open porosity and permeability coeffi-cient. The method of range analysis and variance analysis was used to analyze the influence de-gree and influence law of various factors on the performance of permeable bricks. The results show that the aggregate type has the significant influence on the compressive strength of per-meable bricks;the ratio of water to cement and the ratio of aggregate to cement are the key factors of open porosity and the water to cement ratio has a greater influence. The aggregate type and the aggregate to cement ratio have a greater influence on the permeability coefficient, nevertheless there is no significant connection at the 0.1 level. Under the testing condition, the best properties of permeable bricks reached with the recycled concrete as aggregate, at 0.3 of water-cement ratio and 4 of aggregate to cement ratio.
