摘要
为了对盾构隧道接缝密封垫转角结构进行优化,改进密封垫转角工艺,保障密封垫接缝防水性能,对密封垫的转角工艺进行分析研究,得到了以下结论:1) 结合工程实际,提出密封垫实心转角问题——密封垫的实心转角更容易出现破坏和渗漏;2) 数值分析计算发现密封垫实心转角会降低密封垫转角的压缩性,同时增大密封垫转角的压缩力,采用空心转角工艺可以大幅增加密封垫转角的压缩性和降低密封垫转角的压缩力,更小的压缩力得到更大的压缩性,有利于盾构隧道现场管片施工;3) 密封垫空心转角工艺可以为盾构隧道管片接缝密封垫制作工艺提供参考。
In order to optimize the structure of the waterproof gasket of shield tunnel, improve the technology of sealing gasket angle and ensure the waterproof performance of sealing gasket joint, the corner structure design of sealing gasket is studied, and the following conclusions are obtained: 1) based on the engineering practice, the solid corner of the gasket is more prone to damage and leakage;2) numerical analysis and calculation found that the solid corner of the gasket will reduce the compressibility of the gasket corner, and increase the compression force of the gasket corner. The hollow corner technology can greatly increase the compressibility of the gasket corner and reduce the compression force of the gasket corner. The smaller compression force can obtain greater compressibility, which is conducive to the construction of shield tunnel;3) hollow corner technology of sealing gasket can provide reference for the manufacturing technology of joint sealing gasket of shield tunnel.
