杭州某盾构隧道下穿对其地下高压燃气管线沉降影响研究

摘要 近年来,随着我国轨道交通线路的发展,盾构法施工技术在开挖地铁隧道时得到了越来越多的广泛采用。埋设有地下高压燃气管线的地段,不可避免地会受到地铁盾构施工的影响,因此对盾构隧道下穿对地下高压燃气管线沉降影响的研究是十分迫切的。基于此,本文以杭州某地铁盾构施工区间开挖隧道及其上方的杭甬线燃气管线为工程对象,通过Abaqus有限元软件对盾构掘进参数对地下高压燃气管线的沉降影响进行了分析,发现在不同工况和不同开挖参数下,地下管道的地层沉降和变形是不同的。结果表明,管道的最大沉降量位于隧道中心线的上方,并且沉降量会随着水平距离的增加而减小;盾构管线与隧道交叉角度小时,引起的管线沉降变形将会小一些;确定了盾构掘进参数的安全取值范围。 In recent years, with the development of our country’s rail transit lines, shield construction technology has been more and more widely used in the excavation of subway tunnels. Sections with underground high-pressure gas pipelines will inevitably be affected by the construction of subway shields. Therefore, it is very urgent to study the impact of shield tunnels on the settlement of underground high-pressure gas pipelines. Based on this, this article takes the excavation of a tunnel in a shield construction section of a subway in Hangzhou and the gas pipeline on the Hangyong line as the engineering object, and analyzes the influence of shield tunneling parameters on the settlement of the underground high-pressure gas pipeline through Abaqus finite element software. It is found that under different working conditions and different excavation parameters, the ground settlement and deformation of underground pipelines are different. The results show that the maximum settlement of the pipeline is above the centerline of the tunnel, and the settlement will decrease with the increase of the horizontal distance;when the crossing angle between the shield pipeline and the tunnel is small, the pipeline settlement deformation caused by it will be smaller;the safe value range of the shield construction tunneling parameters is determined.
