摘要
某转体桥为60 + 60 m T型刚构桥,采用转体施工。桥梁转体前需要对主梁进行称重试验,文章对主梁的不平衡力矩、摩擦系数等转体参数的试验原理进行分析,通过理论分析和实测数据计算分析,转体墩转动体纵向不平衡力矩MG为3825 kN∙m,球铰摩阻力矩MZ为20,825 kN∙m,静摩阻系数0.021,偏心距e为4.5 cm,桥梁的偏心距比较小,可不进行配重,从而验证转体称重试验及平衡配重方案的可行性,为类似工程提供相应的思路和借鉴。
A swivel bridge is a 60 + 60 m T-shaped rigid-frame bridge, which adopts swivel construction. Before the bridge is rotated, the main girder needs to be weighed. The article analyzes the test principles of the main girder’s unbalanced moment, friction coefficient and other rotating parameters. Through theoretical analysis and calculation and analysis of measured data, the rotating body of the rotating pier is longitudinally unbalanced. The balance moment MG is 3825 kN∙m, the spherical joint frictional moment MZ is 20,825 kN∙m, the static friction coefficient is 0.021, and the eccentricity e is 4.5 cm. The eccentricity of the bridge is relatively small, and counterweight is not required to verify the weight of the rotating body. The feasibility of testing and balancing counterweight schemes provides corresponding ideas and references for similar projects.
