摘要
随着我国经济社会的飞速发展,装配式结构应用广泛。然而由于装配式结构连接时采用的套筒灌浆连接工艺水平较高,其质量缺陷问题层出不穷,相应的灌浆套筒缺陷质量检测方法就应运而生。本文结合常用的灌浆套筒形式,对当前灌浆套筒连接技术应用总结,重点分析了灌浆套筒缺陷的形式。从有损检测和无损检测两个方面对质量缺陷检测方法进行总结,包括超声波检测法、工业传感器检测法、冲击回波检测法、X射线工业CT检测法、工业内窥镜检测法和坐标定位检测法等,从技术的原理、设备情况、市场应用情况等开展综合分析。分析了套筒灌浆质量检测方法的发展趋势,并对缺陷检测的技术发展提出了意见。
With the rapid development of China’s economy and society, assembly structure is widely used. However, due to the high level of the sleeve grouting connection technology used in the assembly structure connection, the quality defects emerge in an endless stream, and the corresponding grouting sleeve defect quality detection method arises at the right moment. This paper summarizes the application of current grouting sleeve connection technology based on the commonly used grouting sleeve form, and focuses on the analysis of the defect form of grouting sleeve. From two aspects of damage detection and non-destructive testing, quality defect detection method is summarized, including ultrasound, industrial sensor test and the shock echo method, X-ray industrial CT test, industrial endoscope test and coordinates test, etc., from the principle of technology, the equipment situation and market application of comprehensive analysis. The development trend of sleeve grouting quality detection method was analyzed, and the technical development suggestion of defect detection was put forward.
