高掺量SBS高粘改性沥青存储稳定性研究

摘要 为研究SBS高粘改性沥青在高温存储条件下的离析情况,文章制备7%SBS掺量的高粘改性沥青,通过针入度、软化点、延度和动态剪切流变试验,测试改性沥青的常规指标及流变学特性。结果表明:SBS高粘改性沥青经过热存储后,上、下部沥青样品在第2天时离析基本完成,离析软化点差为30.4℃,在第4天时达到最大,为34.6℃,后逐渐趋于稳定;对改性沥青流变学特性而言,在热存储2天时,G*和δ减小,G*/sinδ增加,但变化幅度不明显;沥青下部G*和G*/sinδ降低,δ增加,随后保持稳定。 In order to study the segregation of SBS high viscosity modified asphalt under high temperature storage, in this paper, high viscosity modified asphalt with 7% SBS content is prepared. Through penetration, softening point, ductility and dynamic shear rheological tests, the conventional indexes and rheological properties of modified asphalt are tested. The results show that after heat storage, the segregation of upper and lower asphalt samples is basically completed on the second day, and the segregation softening point difference is 30.4˚C, reaching the maximum at 34.6˚C on the fourth day, and then gradually tends to be stable;For the rheological properties of modified asphalt, G* and δ decrease, G*/sinδ increase, but the change range is not obvious;Lower part of asphalt G* and G*/sin δ lower, δ increased and then remained stable.
