Comprehensive Evaluation Method of Urban Dangerous Building Safety Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

城市危险房屋安全综合评价是国家脱贫攻坚住房安全有保障的一项重要工作。城市房屋由于建造年代久远,加上受到自然灾害等影响,在质量上出现了各种程度的损害。然而,使用各种检测设备进行大量的房屋鉴定工作,时间、设备和人力成本都较高。本文提出使用层次分析法,结合国家相关标准,用科学的方法对城市危险房屋进行综合评价,对既有房屋安全状况进行合理的判断,为房屋安全管理和决策提供依据。

The comprehensive safety evaluation of urban dangerous buildings is an important work to ensure the safety of housing for the national poverty alleviation campaign. The conditions of urban buildings have deteriorated to various degrees due to the long construction year and the influence of natural disasters. However, the time, equipment and labor costs to conduct extensive building safety evaluation with a variety of testing equipment are expensive. This paper proposes the use of the analytic hierarchy process, combined with the relevant national standards, to evaluate the safety conditions of urban dangerous buildings, which can be the basis for building safety management and decision-making.
