摘要
本文提出了一种新型碳基除冰复合材料,该复合材料具有优良的热性能,可以在短时间内产生大量热量。复合材料在实际工程应用前,需要准确判断其融雪和升温效果。有限元方法因其具有方便、快捷、结果精确等特点是一种常用的预测方法。因此,本文构建了一种预测复合材料在桥梁中主动融雪的有限元模拟方法,通过加热试验结果验证了该模拟预测方法的准确性。并且该模拟预测方法适合多种导电复合材料,适用性强。
In this paper, a new carbon-based deicing composite material is proposed, which has excellent thermal properties and can generate a large amount of heat in a short period of time. Before the composite material is used in practical engineering, it is necessary to accurately judge its snow melting and heating effect. The finite element method is a commonly used prediction method because of its convenience, speed, and accurate results. Therefore, a finite element simulation method for predicting the active snow melting of composite materials in bridges is constructed in this paper, and the accuracy of the simulation prediction method is verified by the heating test results. And the simulation prediction method is suitable for a variety of conductive composite materials, and has strong applicability.
