盾构隧道始发水平冻结法施工温度场参数研究

摘要 为研究盾构始发采用水平冻结法情况下不同因素对温度场变化的影响,依托郑州地铁8号线一期工程采用Abaqus进行数值模拟分析,研究水平冻结法施工中盐水温度、起始地温、相变潜热、土层导热系数、土层比热容、混凝土导热系数对温度场的影响。结果表明:冻结盐水温度、土层比热容与导热对温度场影响较大;起始地温、相变潜热对温度场影响较小;混凝土导热系数对温度场几乎无影响。本文所研究的参数对温度场的变化情况可为类似工程水平冻结法施工提供参考。 In order to study the influence of different factors on the temperature field under the condition of horizontal freezing method at the beginning of shield construction, Abaqus was used to conduct numerical simulation analysis based on Zhengzhou Metro Line 8 phase I project, and the influence of brine temperature, initial ground temperature, latent heat of phase transformation, soil thermal conductivity, soil specific heat capacity and concrete thermal conductivity on the temperature field during horizontal freezing method construction was studied. The results show that the temperature field is affected by the temperature of frozen brine, the specific heat capacity of soil layer and the heat conduction. Initial ground temperature and latent heat of phase transition have little effect on temperature field. The variation of the parameters studied in this paper on the temperature field can provide a reference for the horizontal freezing method construction of similar projects.
