冷再生沥青路面车辙变形与疲劳寿命分析

摘要 基于冷再生沥青路面结构当前研究存在的不足,本文拟开展冷再生沥青路面车辙变形和疲劳寿命研究。本文采用ABAQUS有限元数值仿真建立了三种路面结构模型,获取了沥青面层及其他结构层的材料参数,并基于现场试验数据验证了模型的正确性,确定了沥青路面永久变形等效温度场,以更好地计算冷再生沥青路面车辙变形量。此外,对比分析了乳化沥青和泡沫沥青冷再生路面结构的力学响应和疲劳寿命预估,并基于分析结果给出了相应的工程建议。 Based on the shortcomings of current research on cold recycled asphalt pavement structure, this paper intends to carry out research on rut deformation and fatigue life of cold recycled asphalt pavement. In this paper, three kinds of pavement structure models are established by ABAQUS finite element numerical simulation, and the material parameters of asphalt surface layer and other structural layers are obtained. Based on the field test data, the correctness of the model is verified, and the equivalent temperature field of permanent deformation of asphalt pavement is determined to better calculate the rutting deformation of cold recycled asphalt pavement. In addition, the mechanical response and fatigue life prediction of emulsified asphalt and foamed asphalt cold recycled pavement structure are compared and analyzed, and corresponding engineering suggestions are given based on the analysis results.
