Analysis on the Safety Impact of New-Constructed Pipelines Crossing Bridge in Service

新建管线穿越现役桥梁的安全问题一直是建设工程管理重点关注的焦点之一。为了对新建管线穿越现役桥梁进行安全性影响分析,本文以潮州市潮安区水厂工程下穿甬莞高速公路省道跨线桥为例,分别对设计方案与施工方案进行了深入分析,以穿越对象在施工前后安全为目标,对方案中涉及的安全问题进行了剖析,尤其是针对顶管下穿施工对甬莞高速公路桥梁可能存在的安全问题构建了仿真模型,为营运管理者提供了有利参考。

The safety issue of the new-constructed pipelines crossing bridge had always been one of the key focuses of construction project management. In order to analyze the safety impact of the new- constructed pipelines crossing the bridge, this article took the provincial road overpass bridge of the Yongguan Expressway under the water plant project in Chao’an District, Chaozhou City as an example, and conducted in-depth analysis of the design and construction plans. The safety issues involved in the plan were analyzed with the goal of crossing the object before and after construction. In particular, a simulation model had been constructed to address the potential safety issues that may exist in the construction of pipe jacking underpass for bridges on the Yongguan Expressway, providing favorable reference for operational managers.
