地铁车站附属围护施工工法比选及应用

摘要 城市地铁车站附属(出入口、风亭)施工一般位于城市核心地段,周边环境复杂,影响因素多,附属围护结构的工法选用不仅受地质水文条件、施工场地、周边建构筑物及重要管线的影响;还要从围护体系受力验算、施工可行性、经济等方面论证工法。本文结合现场附属各出入口及风亭工法应用分析,结合地表沉降及开挖过程渗漏分析,得出SMW工法桩、钻孔灌注桩 + 三轴搅拌桩在粉砂层地层及城市地段应用效果较佳。 The construction of ancillary structures (entrances, wind pavilions) for urban subway stations is typically located in the core areas of cities, characterized by complex surroundings and multiple influencing factors. The selection of construction methods for ancillary enclosure structures is influenced not only by geological and hydrological conditions, construction sites, and surrounding structures and important pipelines, but also needs to be justified from the aspects of structural system stress analysis, construction feasibility, and economic considerations. This paper combines on-site analysis of the application of various construction methods for entrances, exits, and wind pavilions, along with analysis of surface settlement and excavation process leakage. It concludes that the application effect of SMW pile method and the method of drilled cast-in-place piles combined with triple-axis mixing piles is better in areas with sandy soil and in urban areas.
