采用新型临时结构进行斜拉桥换索的可行性分析

摘要 针对国内大多数斜拉桥亟需进行斜拉索更换的现状,及现有的斜拉索更换方式无法满足实际工程的需要。结合工程实际提出了一种利用外置钢锚板进行换索的临时索结构,结合实际的换索工程提出了验证此临时索结构可行性的试验技术研究路线并进行了用于实际工程换索的可行性试验研究,获得了钢与混凝土之间的等效静摩擦系数,为后续的改进试验研究提供了方向。新型临时索结构的提出为桥梁的换索工程提供了新的换索思路,增强了换索的技术储备,推动了临时索结构的发展,推广应用后可以产生较大的工程经济效益。In view of the current situation that most cable-stayed bridges in China urgently need cable replacement and the existing cable replacement methods cannot meet the needs of actual projects. Combined with engineering practice, a temporary cable structure for cable replacement using an external steel anchor plate is proposed. Combined with the actual cable replacement project, an experimental technical research route to verify the feasibility of this temporary cable structure is proposed, and feasibility test research for cable replacement in actual projects is carried out. The equivalent static friction coefficient between steel and concrete is obtained, providing a direction for subsequent improved experimental research. The proposal of the new temporary cable structure provides a new cable replacement idea for bridge cable replacement projects, enhances the technical reserve for cable replacement, and promotes the development of temporary cable structures, and can generate greater engineering economic benefits after popularization and application.
