摘要
采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定3-氨基-1,2,4-三氮唑纯度,采用Waters T3 (250 ×4.6 5 μm)色谱柱;流动相甲醇:水(0.02 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液) = 20:80 (V/V),检测波长214 nm,流速0.8 ml/min。结果表明,3-氨基-1,2,4-三氮唑纯度检测线性关系良好,回收率为100.16%。方法准确、简单可行,重复性好,适用于3-氨基-1,2,4-三氮唑工业化生产的质量控制。
HPLC was used to determine the purity of 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole. Waters T3 (250 ×4.6 5 μm) chromatographic column and mobile phase methanol:water (0.02 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution) = 20:80 (V/V) were used, with detection wavelength 214 nm, flow rate 0.8 ml/min. The results showed that the purity of 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole was linear and the recovery was 100.16. The method is accurate, simple, feasible and reproducible. It is suitable for the quality control of 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole in industrial production.
