摘要 用电沉积法在碳糊电极表面修饰铜制得修饰碳糊电极,研究了葡萄糖在铜修饰碳糊电极上的电化学行为,用计时安培法对葡萄糖进行了测定,在浓度为1.01×10?7~1.20×10?5mol/L范围内葡萄糖浓度与电流呈线性关系,检出限为5.0×10?8mol/L。并且将该方法用于实际样品的检测,结果表明该方法选择性好,分析速度快,操作简单。 A copper modified carbon paste electrode was prepared by electrodeposition and the electro-chemical behavior of glucose at the modified electrode was investigated. The determination of glu-cose was achieved by chronoamperometry, revealing that the concentration of glucose changed linearly with the current when the concentration ranged from 1.01 ×10?7 to 1.20 ×10?5 mol/L, and the detection limit was 5.0 ×10?8 mol/L. The methodology was applied in detection of actual sam-ples, manifesting several features including high selectivity, quick analysis and easy operation.
