掺杂铝球对分子筛低温吸附N<sub>2</sub>/D<sub>2</sub>混气的性能影响

Effect of Doped Aluminum Spheres on the Performance of Molecular Sieves Cryosorption of N<sub>2</sub>/D<sub>2</sub> Gas Mixture

摘要 吸附剂的性能是决定低温吸附泵规模的关键因素;本文探索了分子筛中掺杂铝球的方法改善分子筛导热性能并进而提高吸附性能的可能性,结果表明铝球的加入可有效提高分子筛吸附剂对N2/D2混气吸附能力。添加16%的铝球可提高吸附性能5%。 The performance of the adsorbent is a key factor which determines the scale of the cryosorption pump. In this case, this paper adopts the method of doping aluminum balls to improve the thermal conductivity of the molecular sieve so as to optimize the adsorption performance. The result shows that the addition of aluminum balls can effectively improve the adsorption capacity of molecular sieve adsorbent for N2/D2 gas mixture. More specifically, the adsorption performance can be increased by 5% with the addition of 16% aluminum balls.
