摘要
二氟甲烷生产过程中氯化氢中氟化氢或盐酸中氢氟酸的脱除是需要解决的重要问题之一。以普通废旧玻璃为脱氟剂,对盐酸浓度345 g/L、氢氟酸浓度400 mg/L的混酸溶液进行脱氟研究。结果表明,在温度为35℃、流速为0.50 m/s条件下,反应7 h,脱氟效果最佳;投加过量脱氟剂时,脱氟剂表面积的变化对脱氟效果影响较小;脱氟剂重复使用后脱氟效果略有波动,但整体趋于平稳,脱氟剂可以循环使用。
The removal of hydrogen fluoride from hydrogen chloride or hydrofluoric acid in hydrochloric acid during the production of difluoromethane is one of the important that needs to be resolved. In this paper, the ordinary waste glass was used as the defluorination agent, and the defluorination study was carried out on the mixed acid solution with hydrochloric acid concentration of 345 g/L and hydrofluoric acid concentration of 400 mg/L. The results showed that the defluorination effect was the best after 7 hours of reaction at a temperature of 35℃ and a flow rate of 0.50 m/s;When the excess defluorination agent was added, the change in surface area of the defluorination agent had little effect on the defluorination effect. After repeated use of the defluorination agent, the defluorination effect slightly fluctuates, but the overall tends to be stable. The defluorination agent can be recycled.
