酶辅助提取紫苏叶挥发油的工艺研究

摘要 为了研究紫苏挥发油的最佳提取工艺,文中采用纤维素酶辅助水蒸气蒸馏法从紫苏叶中提取挥发油。通过单因素实验,分别考察了加酶量、酶解时间及温度、料液比、蒸馏时间等因素对紫苏挥发油提取率的影响。通过实验探究,紫苏挥发油的最佳提取工艺:加酶量0.5%、酶解时间3 h、酶解温度30℃、料液比20:1 mL/g、蒸馏时间2.5 h。 Volatile oil from Perilla frutescens leaves was extracted by cellulase-assisted water vapor distillation. Single factor experiment is used to investigate the effects of cellulase dosage, enzyme hydrolysis time and temperature, material and liquid ratio, distillation time on the extraction rate of Perilla volatile oil. The results show that the optimal extraction process was as follows: cellulase dosage is 0.5% (Perilla frutescens leaves);enzyme hydrolysis time is 3 h;enzyme hydrolysis temperature is 30˚C;material and liquid ratio is 20:1 mL/g;water vapor distillation time is 2.5 hours.
