摘要
食品安全是世界性重要问题。近几年食品安全事件不断发生,带来的后果也很严重,引起广泛关注。本文介绍了蒙古国的食品安全监管体系的现状,从食品安全监管法律法规、监管主体、监管标准和监管机制四个角度来进行分析。同时,以美国和欧盟食品安全监管体系现状为蓝本,得出欧美的食品安全监管体系经验对蒙古国的启示,以期完善蒙古国的食品安全监管水平。
Food safety has been an essentially important issue worldwide for the past few decades. In recent years, food safety related incidents have continued to cause serious consequences, which has led to extensive concerns globally. This article introduces the current situation of Mongolian food safety regulatory system and analyzes it from four different perspectives which include food safety regulatory laws and regulation, regulatory organizations, standards and regulatory mechanisms. In order to improve Mongolian food safety regulatory state, the article further examines the present circumstances of food safety regulatory system in the United States and the European Union based on the above mentioned aspects while comparing and overlooking pathways and experiences of western food safety regulatory system.
