摘要
流通环节是食品行业必不可少的一部分,预防食品在流通中出现食品安全事故对整个行业都有极其重要的作用,对人们的身体健康及社会稳定也有一定的积极意义。本文主要分析了食品在流通中存在的安全隐患及原因,并针对流通环节安全隐患存在的原因提出了相应的对策建议,以期能减少食品安全事故的发生。
Circulation is an indispensable part of the food industry, preventing food safety accidents in circulation has an extremely important role for the whole industry, and has a certain positive significance for people’s health and social stability. This paper mainly analyzes the hidden dangers and causes of food in circulation, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the hidden dangers in circulation, in order to reduce the occurrence of food safety accidents.
