益生菌发酵蜂花粉对急性酒精中毒小鼠的解酒作用及酒精性肝损伤的保护作用

摘要 以急性酒精中毒小鼠为研究对象,通过测定翻正反射消失及恢复时间、脑组织中β-内啡肽(β-endomorpHin, β-EP)水平、血清谷丙转氨酶(Alanine aminotransferase, ALT)和谷草转氨(Aspartateaminotransferase, AST)活性、肝脏抗氧化指标,研究益生菌发酵蜂花粉对急性酒精中毒小鼠的解酒及肝损伤的保护作用。结果表明,与模型组相比发酵蜂花粉能延长醉酒耐受时间、缩短醒酒时间,降低脑组织中β-EP水平,保护肝脏细胞膜的完整性,提高肝脏乙醇脱氢酶(Alcoholdehydrogenase, ADH)、乙醛脱氢酶(Aldehyde dehydrogenase, ADLH)、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase, SOD)活性,提高还原型谷胱甘肽(Glutathione, GSH)水平、降低丙二醛(Malonyldialdehyde, MDA)水平。益生菌发酵蜂花粉对急性酒精中毒小鼠具有解酒作用,对酒精性肝损伤具有保护作用。 Withacute alcoholism rats as the research object, the disappearance and recoverytime of righting reflex, β-endomorpHin(β-EP) in brain tissue, Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and Aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels,liver antioxidant indexes were measured to explore the anti-inebriation onacute alcoholism rats and protection on alcoholic liver injury by probioticfermented pollen. The results showed that compared with the model group,probiotic fermented pollen could increase tolerance time and decrease sobering up time, reduce the level of β-EP in the brain tissue of rats,protect the integrity of cell membrane in the liver, improve the activity of Alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) and Aldehydedehydrogenase (ALDH), improve the activity of Superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the liver, improve the level ofGlutathione (GSH), reduce the level of Malonyldialdehyde (MDA). Probiotic fermented pollen had anti-inebriation on acutealcoholism rats and protection on alcoholic liver injury.
