摘要
目前,我国痤疮患病率呈现大幅度上升的趋势,长期困扰着人们的生活。基于痤疮好发于青年男女,本文通过对101例18~30岁的男生和女生进行痤疮功能性食品问卷调查,对痤疮的发病起因以及治疗方法进行论述,本文将侧重于对痤疮治疗的功能性食品进行分析研究,通过对中医药、维生素以及微量元素的食品化提炼,为痤疮治疗提供更加科学、有效的食品营养建议。
At present, the prevalence of acne in China has shown a significant upward trend, which has long plagued people’s lives. Based on the fact that acne tends to occur in young men and women, this paper discusses the causes and treatment methods of acne through a questionnaire survey of 101 male and female stu-dents aged 18 - 30 years. This paper will focus on the analysis and research of functional foods for acne treatment, so as to provide more scientific and effective food nutrition suggestions for acne treatment.
