强脉冲光治疗睑板腺功能障碍型干眼症的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,随着电子产品的广泛普及和人口老龄化的加剧,干眼患者急剧上升,已占眼科门诊患者的30%以上。在我国大陆地区,睑板腺功能障碍(Meibomian gland dysfunction, MGD)导致的蒸发过强型干眼最多、最常见,在所有干眼患者中,睑板腺功能障碍的比例高达65%。因此对于MGD的治疗尤为重要,虽然它的传统治疗方法多样,但因种种缺陷,效果还达不到患者的预期。干眼的新疗法应运而生,其中强脉冲光(Intense pulsed light, IPL)作为一种新的治疗MGD型干眼的方法,因疗效显著且患者痛苦少,得到了广大临床医生的关注。本文就IPL的特点、治疗原理、应用进行综述,并对其进行展望。 In recent years, with the widespread use of electronic products and the aging of the population, the number of dry eye patients has risen sharply, accounting for more than 30% of ophthalmology outpatients. In China's Mainland, meibomian gland dysfunction leads to the largest and most common evaporative dry eye, with a prevalence of up to 65% in all dry eye patients. Therefore, the treatment of MGD is particularly important. Although its traditional treatment methods are diverse, due to various defects, the effect does not meet the needs of patients. The new therapy of dry eye disease came into being, in which intense pulsed light (IPL) as a new method to treat MGD dry eye, because of its significant effect and less pain, has attracted the attention of clinicians. This article reviews the characteristics, treatment principles, and application of IPL and looks forward to it.
