骨科老年患者手术风险评估系统预测312例患者的应用价值

Application Value of Surgical Risk Assessment System for Orthopedic Elderly Patients in Predicting 312 Patients

目的:探讨渝康手术风险评估软件系统(版本V1.0)的预测价值。方法:应用渝康手术风险评估软件系统(版本V1.0)预测2013年1月至2018年6月我院收治的骨折住院老年患者624例的手术死亡率和并发症率,比较预测值与观察值的差异。结果:预测3例死亡,观察2例死亡,预测值与观察值基本符合,差异无统计学意义(P = 0.073),该评分系统预测价值良好。结论:渝康手术风险评估软件系统(版本V1.0)评分系统基本准确评估了骨科老年患者术后并发症率及死亡率。

Objective: To explore the predictive value of Yukang surgical risk assessment software system (version V1.0). Methods: The operative mortality and complication rate of 624 elderly patients with fracture treated in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2018 were predicted by Yukang surgical risk assessment software system (version V1.0), and the differences between predicted and observed values were compared. Results: 3 deaths were predicted and 2 deaths were ob-served. The predicted values were basically consistent with the observed values, and the differ-ence was not statistically significant (P >0.05). The predictive value of the scoring system was good. Conclusion: Yukang surgical risk assessment software system (version V1.0) can accu-rately evaluate the postoperative complication rate and mortality of elderly orthopedic patients.
