植物竞争条件下根际碳循环及微生物功能研究概述

摘要 近年来,为从物质代谢角度真实提示植物竞争影响根际碳循环过程的机理,促进对地球生物化学过程的认识,针对植被竞争对土壤碳循环和微生物多样性开展了较多的研究。本文综述了植被演替过程中根际土壤碳素循环及微生物功能群的变化情况,得出:植物竞争通过影响植物生理生态、土壤养分状况及微生物多样性等推动植被演替,并影响碳素的循环过程;稳定性同位素探测技术的广泛应用,使得对植物–土壤–微生物中碳的循环过程有深刻认识,能很好地将根际微生物类群与其功能联系起来,并确立一些积极参与特殊代谢过程的微生物类群。同时还提出了值得进一步研究的问题:将稳定性同位素探测技术应用于根际微生物生态及相应碳循环的研究中,分析碳素循环对不同演替阶段植物竞争的响应规律,明确其中关键的微生物功能群,旨在从物质代谢角度揭示根际碳循环过程的机理,促进对地球生物化学过程的认识。 In recent years,in order to truly reveal the mechanism of plant competition affecting the rhizosphere carbon cycle process from the perspective of material metabolism and promote the understanding of the geochemical process,more studies have been conducted on the effect of veg-etation competition on soil carbon cycle and microbial diversity.The changes of carbon cycle and microbial functional groups in rhizosphere soil during vegetation succession were reviewed in this paper.The wide application of stable isotope detection technology makes it possible to connect rhizosphere microflora with its functions and establish some microflora actively participating in special metabolic processes in a deep understanding of the carbon cycling process in plant-soil-microorganism.The paper also puts forward the issues worthy of further study:the ap-plication of stability isotope detection technology to rhizosphere microorganism ecology and cor-responding carbon cycle research,analyzes the carbon cycle response of different succession stages of plant competition laws,clearly confirms one of the key microbial functional groups,from the metabolism point of view to reveal the mechanism of the rhizosphere carbon cycle process,and promote the understanding of the biochemistry process on the planet.
