摘要
为探究白洋淀湿地秋季土壤动物群落结构和时空分布规律,2019年9、10和11月对白洋淀湿地6类土壤进行了调查。结果分离土壤动物3862只,隶属于4门11纲48类群,优势类群为线虫和菌甲螨科;其中9月土壤动物数量最少,类群最多;10月土壤动物数量最多,类群最少;11月与10月情况近似。在不同土层中,表层的动物数量和类群均为最高,第2~5层数量近似,而类群多样性逐渐降低。研究结果表明,白洋淀湿地土壤动物群落在9至10月间出现明显变化,第4~5层类群多样性明显降低。
In order to explore the community structure and spatial-temporal distribution of soil animals in Baiyangdian Wetland in autumn, six types of soil in Baiyangdian Wetland were investigated in September, October and November 2019. A total of 3862 soil animals were isolated, belonging to 48 groups of 11 classes, 4 phyla. In September, the number of soil animals was the least and the group was the most;In October, the number of soil animals was the most and the group was the least;The situation in November is similar to that in October. In different soil layers, the number of animals and groups in the surface layer were the highest, and the number of animals in layer 2~5 was similar, while the number of groups decreased gradually. The results showed that the soil animal community in Baiyangdian Wetland changed significantly from September to October, and the group diversity of the fourth to fifth layers decreased significantly.
