蔗糖脂肪酸酯对石油类污染土壤修复影响因素探究

摘要 本研究讨论了蔗糖脂肪酸酯作为淋洗剂在处理石油类污染土壤过程中其添加浓度、水土比和淋洗时间等条件参数对修复效果的影响。结果表明,石油烃的去除率随着水土比的增加而增加,随着乳化剂浓度和淋洗时间的增加先迅速增加后趋于平缓最终略有下降,经优化各项条件参数,在蔗糖脂肪酸酯浓度为10 g/L、水土比为8:1以及淋洗时间为60 min时,石油烃的去除率可达到91.62%,且明显降低其中脂肪烃的含量,说明蔗糖脂肪酸酯淋洗剂处理后的石油类污染土壤环境风险显著降低。 In this study, the effects of sucrose fatty acid esters as eluents on the remediation effect of conditions such as concentration, water-soil ratio and elution time in the treatment of petroleum-contaminated soil were discussed. The results showed that the removal rate of petroleum hydrocarbons increased with the increase of water-soil ratio, firstly increased rapidly, then tended to be flat and finally decreased slightly with the increase of emulsifier concentration and leaching time. After optimization of various condition parameters, when the concentration of sucrose fatty acid ester is 10 g/L, the water-soil ratio is 8:1, and the leaching time is 60 min, the removal rate of petroleum hydrocarbons can reach 91.62%, and the content of aliphatic hydrocarbons is significantly reduced, indicating that the environmental risk of petroleum-contaminated soil treated with sucrose fatty acid ester eluent was significantly reduced.
