摘要
铅栅中的电瓶隔板纸、壳体等塑料碎片高温下熔铸产生的油烟,在收尘管道内不完全燃烧产生的CO气体达到爆炸极限,遇明火产生爆炸和铅浮渣转运的冒烟问题,通过预防性改进和铅浮渣水洗降温等措施,使铅栅熔铸工艺的安全环保问题得到解决。
Theplastic fragments inside lead grid such as battery insulated board, monoblockand so on will cause the lampblack under the high temperature fusion casting.The CO will reach the explosion limit made by the incomplete flame inside thedust pipe. The naked light can make the explosion and cause the smoke problemof lead dross transport. And through the preventive improvement and lead drosscooling water, the safety and environment problem of the lead grid castingprocess can be solved.
