摘要
采用排除法对SO2风机的维修,找正中间机–偶合器与电机和风机的左右偏差后,综合偶合器运转过程中,转子受热膨胀后轴中心上浮的因素,对设备进行对中,消除设备故障。
By using exclusivemethod repair the SO2 motor fan, located the lateral deviation amongthe Intermediate machine-torque converter, motor and motor fan, then center theequipment considering the axle core willfloat up after the rotor heated during the torque converter operation progress. Equipment fault eliminated.
