带载车板缓存装置的全自动立体停车库存取策略的研究 被引量:1

摘要 巷道堆垛式立体停车库有带载车板和不带载车板两种方式。与不使用载车板的存取形式相比,采用载车板的停车库在存取车操作时堆垛机与车辆无接触,对车体无任何损害。针对采用载车板的巷道堆垛式全自动立体停车库存储容量大,但存取效率较低的问题,提出了一种新型的带载车板缓存装置的全自动立体停车库。对该新型立体停车库与原系统进行了对比研究,以平均存取时间为目标函数建立了数学模型,分别对各种存取策略下的平均服务率,与实际的车辆到达率进行了比较,带载车板缓存装置的立体车库大大提高了存取效率。与不带载车板缓存装置的自动立体车库相比,平均服务率从40.92辆/h提高到63.99辆/h以上。 There are two forms of stacking type 3D-park: with car carrier plate and without car carrier plate. Compared with no car carrier plate way, the kind of exchange car carrier plate is no contact between stacker and vehicles and no damage to the vehicles. In order to solve the problems of low access efficiency and strong influence by people, which is existing in the stacking type automatic 3D-park, a new automatic 3D-park with car carrier plate cache device is put forward. According to analysis and comparison of the new automatic 3D-park and the original system, a mathematical model is built with average accessing time as objective function. Comparing the average service rate under a variety of storage-retrieval strategies with the actual vehicle arrival rate respectively, it shows that the automatic 3D-park with car carrier plate cache device greatly improves the access efficiency. The vehicle average service rate increased from 40.92/h to 63.99/h above.
