基于ANSYS Fluent的电热毛巾架温度场仿真分析与结构优化设计

摘要 本文通过对合作单位主流的电热毛巾架的结构建模与温度场仿真分析,基于仿真结果优化毛巾架结构,达到最大程度利用电热毛巾架热量的目的。首先根据现有电热毛巾架结构建立其三维模型,进而通过ANSYS Fluent软件对电热毛巾架温度场进行数值模拟分析,得到电热毛巾架干燥毛巾的热量分布云图,最后根据热量分布云图优化电热毛巾架结构。模拟仿真显示,优化后的电热毛巾架在干燥毛巾的过程中使得毛巾温度提升了3℃左右,显著提升了毛巾的干燥效率。 Through the structural modeling and temperature field simulation analysis of the mainstream electric towel rack of cooperative enterprises, this paper optimizes the structure of the towel rack based on the simulation results, so as to maximize the use of the heat of the electric towel rack. Firstly, a three-dimensional model is established according to the existing structure of the electric towel rack, and then the temperature field of the electric towel rack is numerically simulated and analyzed by ANSYS Fluent software to obtain the heat distribution cloud of the dry towel of the electric towel rack, and finally the structure of the electric towel rack is optimized according to the heat distribution cloud map. The simulation shows that the optimized electric towel rack increases the temperature of the towel by about 3˚C in the process of drying the towel, which significantly improves the drying efficiency of the towel.
