目前,卷烟包装贴标设备都只能为单包烟包进行标签粘贴,当需要将两包或多包烟包合并粘贴标签时,只能采用人工粘贴的方式,但人工粘贴效率不高且粘贴精度差。设计的新型负压贴标装置运用往复运动装置、标签模盒定位装置,实现了标签的连续、高效、稳定的粘贴,满足多包烟包标签粘贴的设备化生产要求。此新型负压贴标装置已用于细支玉溪(境界)卷烟的生产,结构简单且运行状况良好,相比手工粘贴效率得到大幅提升。该技术可为异型卷烟设备化生产提供支持。

At present, cigarette packaging labeling equipment can only label a single pack of cigarettes. When two or more packs of cigarettes need to be combined and pasted with labels, manual pasting can only be used, but manual pasting is not efficient and pasting the accuracy is poor. The designed new negative pressure labeling device uses a reciprocating motion device and a label mold box positioning device to achieve continuous, efficient and stable label pasting, meeting the equipment production requirements for multi-pack cigarette label pasting. This new negative pressure labeling device has been used in the production of thin Yuxi (Jingjie) cigarettes. It has a simple structure and good operating conditions. Compared with manual pasting, the efficiency is greatly improved. This technology can provide support for the equipment production of special-shaped cigarettes.
