一体化接线配电变压器能效检测装置的设计

摘要 随着碳达峰、碳中和任务的提出,变压器能效升级成为电力行业的重要举措。大量变压器急需检测,为解决传统能效检测装置存在的检测时间长、体积庞大、操作复杂等问题,本文研制了一种一体化接线配电变压器能效检测装置。该装置以STM32控制器为核心,采用电力电子电源为驱动,设计一体化接线模块完成空负载实验接线的自动切换。同时,测量模块通过量程切换实现电信号的自动测量,以非线性优化算法对测量数据进行修正,实现了能效智能化检测,提高了检测精度和测试效率。通过对一台30 kVA的配电变压器进行能效检测,结果显示,该装置的电压、电流、功率测量精度分别达到了0.2级、0.5级、1级,平均检测时间为8分钟,为实际能效检测工作提供了重要的技术支持。 With the proposal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality tasks, the energy efficiency upgrade of transformers has become a crucial initiative in the power industry. A large number of transformers urgently require detection, and traditional energy efficiency detection devices are characterized by long detection times, bulky sizes, and complex operations. To address this issue, an integrated wiring distribution transformer energy efficiency detection device is developed in this paper. The device, centered on an STM32 controller and driven by power electronic power supplies, incorporates an integrated wiring module to automatically switch connections for no-load experiments. Simultaneously, the measurement module achieves automatic signal measurement through range switching. Nonlinear optimization algorithms are employed to correct measurement data, realizing intelligent energy efficiency detection and improving both detection accuracy and testing efficiency. By conducting energy efficiency testing on a 30 kVA distribution transformer, the results demonstrate that the device achieves measurement accuracies of 0.2 class, 0.5 class, and 1 class for voltage, current, and power, respectively. The average detection time is 8 minutes, providing essential technical support for practical energy efficiency testing work.
