GDX500型包装机的商标纸门在生产过程中时常需要打开清理积胶、纸张等,但由于纸门与机体连接过于紧密,人工打开时较为费力,为解决这一问题,现设计了一种商标纸门打开的助力机构装置。该商标纸门打开助力机构通过助力推杆、助力推板和助力手柄的设置使商标纸门与包装机的紧密连接脱开,通过助力拉板将商标纸门打开,结构简单,操作方便,包装机操作工能较为省时省力地将商标纸门轻松打开,降低了包装机的停机时间,从而提高了生产效率。The trademark paper door of the GDX500 packaging machine often needs to be opened to clean up accumulated glue, paper, etc., during the production process. However, due to the tight connection between the paper door and the machine body, manual opening is more laborious. To solve this problem, an assistance mechanism device for opening the trademark paper door has been designed. The assist mechanism for opening the trademark paper door separates the tight connection between the trademark paper door and the packaging machine through the setting of the assist push rod, assist push plate, and assist handle. The trademark paper door is opened through the assist pull plate, which has a simple structure and convenient operation. The packaging machine operator can easily open the trademark paper door in a time-saving and labor-saving manner, reducing the downtime of the packaging machine and improving production efficiency.
