大佳河保护区挠力河流域后生浮游动物群落结构特征 被引量:1

摘要 为研究大佳河保护区挠力河流域后生浮游动物的群落结构特征与环境因子间的关系,分别于2018年5月,7月,10月采集了大佳河保护区内挠力河流域的6个采样点的样品,共鉴定出后生浮游动物63种,其中轮虫42种,占总物种数的67%;枝角类10种,占总物种数的16%;桡足类11种,占总物种数的17%。后生浮游动物的丰度和生物量季节差异显著,均为夏季最高,春季最低。各季节优势种更替明显,春季枝角类和桡足类占主要优势地位,夏季和秋季以轮虫和桡足类占主要优势地位,运用冗余分析(RDA)探究不同季节后生浮游动物优势种与环境因子的关系,结果表明,不同季节影响后生浮游动物群落的环境因子有所不同,pH是影响后生浮游动物群落变化的主要环境因子。 In order to study the relationship between community structure and environmental factors of metazooplankton in Naoli River of Dajiahe nature reserve, samples were collected from 6 sampling sites in May, July and October, 2018. 63 species of metazooplankton were identified, of which 42 species were rotifers, accounting for 67%;10 species were cladocera, accounting for 16%, and 11 species were copepods, accounting for 17%. The abundance and biomass of metazooplankton had significant seasonal differences, which were the highest in summer and the lowest in spring. The dominant species changed obviously in each season, cladocera and copepods dominated in spring, rotifers and copepods dominated in summer and autumn. Redundancy analysis (RDA) was used to explore the relationship between dominant species of metazooplankton and environmental factors in different seasons. The results showed that environmental factors affecting metazooplankton community were different in different seasons. pH was the main environmental factor affecting the change of metazooplankton community.
