Study on the Distribution of Enzyme Activity in Different Proportions of Compound Soil

本研究以砒砂岩为研究对象,研究了不同比例复配土中的土壤过氧化氢酶和有机质的含量及分布,结果表明:砒砂岩:沙1:2比例的复配土中,过氧化氢酶活性和有机质含量较高,表现较好,但过氧化氢酶活性和有机质含量之间不存在明显的相关关系。

In this study, the content and distribution of soil catalase and organic matter in different propor-tions of soil were studied. The results showed that: in the sandstone:sand 1:2 ratio of compound soil, the activities of catalase and organic matter were higher and performed better, but there was no significant correlation between catalase activity and organic matter content.
