面包海星的骨片形态特征

摘要 面包海星(Culcita novaeguineae)又称馒头海星,是棘皮动物瘤星科的一种海星。骨片是海星的石灰质内骨骼,包含在真皮的表层,是海星的重要特征,也是分类的主要依据。本研究对面包海星(Culcita novaeguineae)的骨片形态特征进行显微观察,并进行分析和归类。结果表明,海星的骨片包括桌形体、花纹样体、杆状体、扣状体、C形体、D形体、L形体等类型,其中扣形体和字母形体比较普遍。 Culcita novaeguineae is also known as streamed bread starfish. It is a type of starfish in the Echinodermata Oreasteridae. The ossicles are the calcareous endoskeletons of starfish, which are contained in the epidermis and are important features of starfish in the class Asteroidea. In this paper, the morphological characteristics of the bone fragments of cushion star in the class Asteroidea were observed under a microscope. This paper describes the basic principle of the observation experiment, the operation method of the experiment, and the specific results of the observation experiment, and analyzes and classifies the bone fragments. The morphological characteristics of the bone fragments of cushion star were observed by electronic microscope, and the results showed that the bone fragments of the starfish included the type of table, the type of flower pattern, the type of rod, the type of buckle, the type of C, D and L, among which the type of buckle and letter were more common.
