禾本科牧草间作对砒砂岩与沙复配土壤养分与酶活性影响 被引量:1

摘要 土壤酶活性大小是土壤肥力的重要标志之一,在土壤的物质循环和能量转化过程中起着重要作用。在以往的研究中,许多学者侧重于研究砒砂岩与沙复配成“土”的土壤性质以及地上植物的生长状况及产量,但对于间作体系下土壤酶活性和养分及其之间关系研究较少。本文研究不同种植模式对砒砂岩与沙复配土壤的养分与酶活性影响,研究发现土壤过氧化氢酶以及土壤磷酸酶受作物种植模式影响不显著,土壤过氧化氢酶活性受土壤复配比例影响较大,砒砂岩添加增加了土壤过氧化氢酶活性,但对土壤磷酸酶活性影响不显著。 Soil enzyme activity is one of the important signs of soil fertility, and it plays an important role in the process of soil material circulation and energy conversion. In previous studies, many scholars focused on studying the soil properties of the “soil” formed by the combination of arsenic sandstone and sand, as well as the growth status and yield of the above-ground plants. This paper studies the effects of different planting patterns on the nutrient and enzyme activity of the soil mixed with arsenic sandstone and sand. The study found that soil catalase and soil phosphatase are not significantly affected by crop planting patterns, and soil catalase activity is affected by the proportion of soil composition obviously. The addition of arsenic sandstone increases the activity of soil catalase, but has no significant effect on the activity of soil phosphatase.
