摘要
与我国毗邻的越南是天然的药材库,为我国海螵蛸的主要的进口国。海螵蛸是将乌贼内壳从新鲜乌贼内取出后制成的中药材,在我国的需求旺盛。本文对越南输华海螵蛸携带的有害生物进行了风险分析,明确了一种需格外关注的检疫性有害生物,谷斑皮蠹。本文同时梳理了检疫的关键风险点,并提出了控制方法及措施。
Vietnam is a natural repository of medicinal materials and is the main importing country to China of Sepiella maindronide Rochebrune and Sepia esculenta Hoyle. The demand of treated Sepiella maindronide and Sepia esculenta in China is great. This paper analyzed the risk of harmful organ-isms carried by Sepiella maindronide and Sepia esculenta imported from Vietnam to China. A quarantine pest Trogoderma granarium of particular concern has been defined. At the same time, the key risk points of quarantine are sorted out and the risk management measures are proposed.
