浅谈双碳目标下节能减排的蝴蝶效应

摘要 能源对全世界非常重要,它是人类社会赖以生存和发展的物质基础,在国民经济中具有特别重要的战略地位。能源相当于城市的血液,它驱动着城市的运转。中国是能源消耗大国,主要依赖于不可再生能源包括煤炭、石油、天然气等化石燃料,这些能源的消耗伴随着温室气体的产生,对生态环境产生了非常严重的危害,例如CO2的排放会造成全球变暖,海平面上升、冰川与冻土的消融、威胁人类的食物供应和居住环境等一系列危害。为了避免这些灾害的发生,本文从生活中力所能及的节能减排小事入手,依据蝴蝶效应的概念,推算出这些小事对减少灾害发生的贡献,提出可行的人们生活中的节能减排方案,结合中国国情分析节能减排的措施:从个人及行业的角度出发,找出存在的问题,并总结解决方法以及可以减少CO2排放的量。根据全球碳排放及气候变化的影响,分析节约这些能源消耗产生的CO2对缓解温室效应的贡献以及对生态的影响,将每个人力所能及的贡献与减少可能产生的自然灾害/生态破坏紧密关联,以物种灭绝为例定量分析出我们每个人力所能及的事情减少的CO2排放量对物种的影响,提高每个人节能减排的意识,最后总结可行的节能减排的具体方式方法。 Energy is extremely important to the world. It serves as the material foundation for the survival and development of human society and holds a particularly strategic position in the national economy. Energy is like the blood of cities, driving their operations. China, as a major consumer of energy, relies heavily on non-renewable energy sources such as coal, oil, and natural gas. The consumption of these energy sources leads to the generation of greenhouse gases, posing significant threats to the ecological environment. For example, CO2 emissions contribute to global warming, rising sea levels, melting glaciers and permafrost, and endangering food supplies and living environments. To prevent these disasters, this article starts with small energy-saving and emission reduction actions that can be taken in daily life and calculates the contributions of these actions to disaster reduction based on the concept of the butterfly effect. Feasible energy-saving and emission reduction plans are proposed for people’s daily lives, taking into account the Chinese context. Measures for energy conservation and emission reduction are analyzed from both personal and industrial perspectives, identifying existing problems and summarizing solutions and methods to reduce CO2 emissions. Based on the global carbon emissions and the impacts of climate change, the contribution of saving energy and reducing CO2 emissions to mitigating the greenhouse effect and ecological impacts are analyzed. The paper establishes a close relationship between the individual contributions within reducing the possibility of the impending natural disasters/ecological destruction. Quantitative analysis is conducted, using species extinction as an example, to assess the impact of each person’s achievable reduction in CO2 emissions on species. The awareness of energy conservation and emission reduction for individuals is raised, and finally, feasible methods for energy conservation and emission reduction are summarized.
