摘要
建立了某柴油机的三维水套模型,并应用计算流体动力学软件FIRE分析发动机加热系统流场,对比了多种设计方案下对发动机各缸流量均匀性、加热快速性,并对该发动机进行了试验验证。结果表明:计算与试验相符。
A three-dimensional model of a diesel engine water jacket is developed, and the water flow in it was simulated by using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software FIRE. The flow uniformity among cylinders and the heat speed have been compared among several design cases. Test has been carried out, and the results show that calculation is in accordance with test data.
