基于ANSYS软件对SHPB实验过程的数值模拟研究

摘要 为更好地研究分离式霍普金森压杆(SHPB)实验数值模拟中应力传播问题,基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件建立SHPB的数值三维模型,对SHPB实验过程中不同速度子弹入射进行力学性能仿真计算,并将结果与试件的力学性能进行比较。研究结果表明:ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件能有效地模拟SHPB实验,得到有效的试件应力–应变曲线;通过精细网格的方式,结果的精确度显著提高。 In order to better study the stress propagation problem in the numerical simulation of the split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB)experiment,a numerical three-dimensional model of SHPB is es-tablished based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA software,and the mechanical properties of different speed bullets are simulated during the SHPB experiment.The results are calculated and compared to a standard graph.The results show that the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software can effectively simulate the SHPB experiment and obtain an effective stress-strain curve of the test piece.The accuracy of the result is significantly improved by the fine mesh method.
