稀土单分子磁体的研究进展

摘要 单分子磁体具有磁性的双稳态,在阻塞温度以下,表现出磁滞回线,在交流磁场中表现出慢弛豫现象。得益于它良好的磁性行为,单分子磁体在超高密度存储材料、量子计算、自旋电子学等领域具有广泛的应用前景。稀土元素由于具有大的轴各向异性而成为单分子磁体研究的热点,本论文主要结合单分子磁体的表征手段介绍近年来稀土单分子磁体在结构与性能方面取得的最新进展。 Single-molecule magnets (SMMs) possessing magnetic bistable exhibit hysteresis loops below the blocking temperature (TB) and display slow magnetic relaxation under AC magnetic fields. Due to the perfect magnetic behavior, SMMs have a wide range of applications including ultra-high density storage materials, quantum computing, spintronics and other fields. Lanthanide (Ln) ions show large axial anisotropy, which have became a hot topic in the field of SMMs. This paper mainly intro-duces the recent advances in the structure and properties of Ln-SMMs by combining the character-ization methods of SMMs.
