摘要
纪录片《中国医生》是国内首部大型医疗人文纪录片。为了构建“人文”内涵,影像以医院中的医患群体作为主要记录对象,实现纪录片的纪实本质。镜头推陈出新,以新形式构建新内容。后期制作将镜头拼接进行二次创作,勾勒出影像文本框架。通过镜头的“实景”讲述和剪辑的“刻意”架构,将真实的医患故事以及冗长的视频素材浓缩为一部十集纪录片,向观众传递出医院不同科室之中的“人情味”。
The documentary The Doctors is the first large-scale medical humanistic documentary in China. In order to construct the connotation of “humanity”, the doctor-patient group in the hospital is taken as the main object to record the video, and the documentary nature is real-ized. The lens brings out the old and builds new content in new forms. In post-production, shots are spliced together for secondary creation to outline the frame of the image text. Through the “real scene” narrating of the camera and the “deliberate” structure of editing, the real doctor-patient sto-ries and lengthy video materials are condensed into a 10-episode documentary to convey to the au-dience the “human touch” in different departments of the hospital.
