数字经济下的政务新媒体赋能女性发展研究

Research on Women’s Development Empowered by New Media in Government Affairs under the Digital Economy

在数字经济时代,女性迎来了更多的机遇,也需要更多的扶持。研究发现:数字赋能女性发展对充分提高女性创业就业的机会与质量、弥合数字性别鸿沟有促进作用。现如今,微信作为人们日常生活中不可或缺的一部分,甚至已经成了人们与外界沟通交流的主要途径,微信公众账号及小程序构建了女性和相关政府部门自由交流的平台。本文通过对地方妇联官方微信公众号及小程序展开分析调研,基于其服务特点和功能定位,分析数字经济下各地方妇联数字赋能女性发展及帮扶女性创业就业的做法,总结并提出建议,旨在鼓励女性自身转变就业创业观念,充分认识到数字经济时代给自身就业创业带来的机遇和广阔空间,让女性在学习数字经济灵活就业、创业的典型经验、做法和成效的过程中,不断提高就业创业能力,实现自身价值。

In the era of digital economy, women have ushered in more opportunities and need more support. The study finds that digitally empowered women’s development can fully improve the opportunities and quality of women’s entrepreneurship and employment, and bridge the digital gender gap. Nowadays, WeChat, as an indispensable part of people’s daily life, even has become the main way for people to communicate with the outside world. WeChat public account and mini program have built a platform for women and relevant government departments to communicate freely. Through the local women’s federation official WeChat public account and mini program analysis and research, based on its service characteristics and functional positioning, this article analyses the methods of local women’s federation to digitally empower women’s development and help women entrepreneurship and employment practices under the digital economy, and summarizes and puts forward suggestions, aiming at encouraging women to change their own concepts of employment and entrepreneurship, fully recognize the opportunities and broad space brought by the digital economy era to their own employment and entrepreneurship, and enable women to continuously improve their employment and entrepreneurship capabilities and realize their own value in the process of learning the typical experiences, practices and results of flexible employment and entrepreneurship in the digital economy.
